The air was crisper than usual this week for our morning game of Lemonade. Journey was in full swing and mornings were busy with students accessing an assortment of tools to bring Journey projects to fruition. Batiking continued with painting and waxing T-shirts. Farm To Table students for the week used farm fresh potatoes, kale, parsley, garlic and onions to make a delicious Moroccan Spiced Potato Soup and Green Minty Kale Smoothies. It was a week of hanging upside down, spinning until dizzy, and enjoying the reflections of Autumn!
